A pass runs 12 months from the day you buy it. Addresses are never counted or charged for: the only limits are domains and pooled storage, and both are printed below.
Solo pass

For the portfolio. Every brand you own gets real mail, and the next domain you buy costs nothing to put on it.
Every pass includes webmail, IMAP and SMTP, calendars, contacts, the spam filter and migration from Gmail or Outlook. These are real mailboxes, not forwarding.
Storage is pooled across your domains, so no mailbox needs its own allocation. We split the pool and rebalance it without asking you to decide.
The honest limits: a pass carries the domain count and the GB printed above, and mail is served on our partner NameCrane's infrastructure. If we ever need to add capacity for your domain, we say so and give you a date.
Refunds are full within 30 days of purchase, with one question about why. Renewal is a reminder at 30, 7 and 1 days, never an automatic charge.
